What could be better?

Thought I'd just tell you about the ridiculously simple Naan Bread pizzas that I made last night before our Spanish lessons:

Plain Naan Breads
Red Onion (diced)
Yellow Pepper (diced)
Mushroons (sliced)
Parma Ham
Grated Cheese
Tomato Puree

I toasted the Naan under the grill for a couple of minutes on each side and then spread the tomato puree on evenly across the bread and added a layer of cheese with the mushrooms, pepper and onion. I placed this back under the grill for about five minutes then added the parma ham and a second layer of cheese, before a final three to four minutes under the grill.

Very simple I know but it was actually pretty tasty and very quick.

Anyway, keep up the good work and we'll see you soon.

TittoTitto_77https://www.blogger.com/profile/04103499749170030588noreply@blogger.com
